Our Leadership Team

Ben Wright
Ben leads the strategy and growth of Velocity Global and its hundreds of global team members. He applies two decades of experience supporting companies’ global business and remote teams. Ben founded Velocity Global in 2014 as a revolutionary way for companies to expand and hire across global markets. He is a recognized expert on the future of work and global expansion strategies. Ben was a national finalist for EY's Entrepreneur of the Year. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Eric Schroeder
Eric leads operations for Velocity Global, overseeing its Customer Experience and Delivery Team, global payroll and benefits, and worldwide operations spanning more than 25 countries. He applies two decades of operations leadership, including Head of Global Safety Operations for Uber. Eric is a proud U.S. Army Special Forces veteran and completed two combat deployments in Afghanistan. He holds a bachelor’s from the University of New Mexico and a master’s from the University of North Carolina, both in history. He also earned a master’s in strategic studies and international economics from Johns Hopkins University. Eric is passionate about the mountains and enjoys skiing, biking, and running.

Siddharth Ram
Siddharth leads Velocity Global’s Technology Team, where he applies his almost three decades of experience to growing and scaling a world-class technology organization focused on developing solutions that positively impact customers and talent alike. He believes in the power of global teams and leads with deep technical expertise, bold decision-making, and a human touch. Most recently, Siddharth served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering at Inflection/GoodHire, where he scaled the team, technology, and processes to unlock customer value during a time of significant company growth. He is on the board of advisors for various companies, including Logikcull and Sedai, and previously held technology leadership roles at Intuit and Qualcomm. Siddharth lives with his wife and two children in California. A lifelong learner, he speaks multiple languages and learns a new skill every year.

Liz Li
Liz leads Velocity Global’s Product and Design teams, where she is responsible for defining the company’s product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer and their team. In her role, Liz applies in-depth experience connecting talent with opportunities from her nearly 12 years at LinkedIn, where she led and worked on several core initiatives focusing on monetization, growth, and the consumer experience. During that time, she led the launch of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, now a billion-dollar business, and owned acquisition and retention for LinkedIn Premium Subscriptions, significantly growing that business. Liz holds a bachelor’s and a master’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog.

Mike Wilcox
Mike advises the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on strategy, growth, and capital markets. He leads Velocity Global's transformation initiatives and optimizes key performance indicators across the organization. Mike leverages over 20 years of capital markets experience, directly managing public equity investments across global consumer technology and fintech sectors. He holds a bachelor's in finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Sarah Fern
Sarah leads the People Team at Velocity Global. Based in the United Kingdom, she applies two decades of experience to drive employee engagement and career development for the company’s global workforce. Sarah joined Velocity Global from Saba Software (now part of Cornerstone OnDemand), where she led the HR team through several major acquisitions, business integrations, and transformations into a public company. During her time there, Sarah was a client of Velocity Global. Sarah holds a master’s in European business, culture, and languages from Oxford Brookes University, as well as a postgraduate diploma in HR management with the CIPD. Most recently, she earned a certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School. Sarah offers her time to several global organizations through mentorship and allyship. She loves spending time with her husband and two sons and enjoys nature and hiking.

Greg Brauner
Greg leads the company’s Revenue and Marketing Teams. Greg is a 15-year veteran holding revenue leadership roles at successful SaaS and digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Twilio, Emotive, Realtor.com, and Udacity. Greg is also an advisor to various technology and startup companies. He earned a bachelor’s in marketing from Transylvania University and was a member of the men’s soccer team. Greg also holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. He enjoys exploring the Texas Hill Country with his wife and two kids.

Shawn McIntire
Shawn oversees all aspects of Velocity Global's legal affairs. Before joining the company, Shawn worked at a large national law firm representing high-growth companies. He loves the entrepreneurial spirit and continues to serve on the board of several of his former clients. He was named a Colorado Super Lawyer "Rising Star" and was awarded the Nolan Fellowship by the ABA Tax Section. Shawn has a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Denver and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond. He is an avid golfer and fly fisherman and enjoys riding his motorcycle throughout the Colorado mountains.

Francoise Brougher
Francoise is a pioneering tech leader with over 25 years of business and operations experience at marquee industry disruptors and technology leaders, including Google (now Alphabet), Square (now Block), and Pinterest. She is currently a board member of the Compensation Committee and Nomination Committee at Sodexo and an advisor at both Teachers and Innovia Capital. She has a track record of successfully building and scaling high-performing teams across strategy and business operations, taking both Square and Pinterest public. Francoise led large global organizations responsible for multibillion-dollar sales and operations revenue at Google, Square, and Pinterest. She holds a master's in engineering from Institut Catholique d’ Arts et Metiers in France and an MBA from Harvard University.

Junko Swain
Junko is an accomplished finance executive with deep experience leading companies’ financial and business strategies, especially the transformation of turning a private company public. Before becoming a Velocity Global board member, Junko held leadership positions at several technology companies, including Upwork (an IPO in 2018), Vantiv (an IPO in 2012), Apple, VMWare, and eBay, where she was responsible for building the scalable future of work through hybrid workforce management models, M&A integrations, and global finance operations after serving many technology audit clients at Deloitte for over seven years. She holds a bachelor's in accounting from the University of Hawaii, and a mini bachelor's in economics from Meiji University Women’s College in Japan.

Robert Schlossman
Robert has served as Chief Legal Officer for Zscaler, the leader in cloud security, since February 2016. He is a key legal and business advisor to CEOs, management teams, and boards of public, private equity, and venture capital-backed companies. Robert applies his expertise to guide companies through major transformations, including IPOs, M&A transactions, spinoffs, international expansion, and introducing new products and sales channels. Before joining Zscaler, he served as the Chief Legal Officer for several technology companies. Robert holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a master’s and bachelor’s in English from Stanford University.

Parker Barrile
Parker is a partner at Norwest Venture Partners, where he focuses on consumer apps, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS companies. His investments include Dave, Wyze, Karat, Policygenius, Legion, Anomalo, Pequity, and Revvo. Before Norwest, he was Chief Product Officer at Prosper, a marketplace lending company, and VP of Product at LinkedIn. Parker led a product organization responsible for 80% of LinkedIn’s revenue, which grew from $100 million to $2 billion. Earlier in his career, Parker founded a venture-backed startup and held strategy roles at Google and Bain & Company. Parker has served as an advisor to several startups, from early stage through IPO, including Medallia, Doximity, NerdWallet, and Procore. He holds a bachelor's in math and an MBA, both from Stanford University.

Cas Schneller
Cas joined FFL Partners in 2006. He is responsible for the overall management of the firm and leads FFL’s business services investment activities. Previously, he worked at GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Cas also worked at William Blair & Company as an analyst in the M&A group and at Luxor Capital Group as an investment analyst. He is on the board of Velocity Global and Accordion and serves as Chairman of the Board at American Advisors Group, ALKU, and ProService. He previously served on the board of directors at Crisis Prevention Institute and several other FFL portfolio companies. Cas graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's in finance and business economics and earned an MBA from Harvard University.
