Velocity Global's Top Five Achievements of 2018

2018 was a watershed year for Velocity Global, the leading provider of global expansion services. From being named fourth fastest-growing private company in America on the Inc. 5000 list, to growing our team member count into triple digits, and earning Top Company in Professional Services by ColoradoBiz Magazine, 2018 brought a number of prestigious achievements and milestones. As 2019 draws nearer, we’re delighted to reflect on these successes over the last 12 months. Below are Velocity Global’s top five achievements for 2018, accompanied by reflections from Velocity Global CEO, Ben Wright.

Achievement #5: Velocity Global Named #5 Top Workplace by The Denver Post.
In my career I’ve never worked with a smarter and more driven group of people who also care so deeply about one another. The culture at Velocity Global is truly once-in-a-career for me, and this award serves as a wonderful affirmation of that fact.

Achievement #4: Velocity Global partnered with First Descents to fund an adventure program for young adults living with multiple sclerosis.
To do good is to do well, and we could not be prouder of the partnership we have with First Descents. The opportunities we’ve been able to provide to young adults impacted by Multiple Sclerosis through First Descents’ Out Living It program clearly demonstrates our commitment to giving back, and in particular for a cause we care so deeply about.

Achievement #3:  Velocity Global launched its new brand identity, complete with a redesigned logo and website.
Our new logo, website and overall branding better reflects the revolutionary strategy our clients are adopting to expand globally. ‘Think Beyond’ encompasses the drive in all of us to harness new and novel approaches to solving our most complex business challenges across the world.

Achievement #2:  The Velocity Global team grew to over 100 employees across nine offices on four continents.
Witnessing personally the incredible growth at Velocity Global has been such an honor. I often reflect with wonder how our team seems to break through every ceiling we’ve encountered in four short years.  Our growth has exceeded even our own lofty goals but the best is yet to come.

Achievement #1: Velocity Global Ranked #4 on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America.
To be recognized as the fourth fastest growing private company in the US is astounding, but truly a testament to the team we’ve assembled at Velocity Global and the trust our clients have put in us to help them navigate global employment.  We wouldn’t have achieved this incredible milestone without the best team and equally the best clients.
