What Makes You a Great Fit:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving the go-to-market strategy and execution for our innovative global workforce management solutions. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role will focus on growth initiatives, product launches, sales enablement, and market research. The ideal candidate will possess strong product marketing expertise and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Market Research and Business Insights: Drive strategic business and market research & analysis to understand market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. Use insights to inform product development, positioning, and marketing strategies. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and continuously monitor market shifts.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Liaison cross-functionally to support go-to-market planning. Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to create compelling product collateral, videos, sales tools, and customer case studies etc. to support GTM and equip sales. Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation teams to drive full-funnel marketing towards pipeline & revenue goals.
- Product Launches: Drive product launches and release marketing efforts, developing a set of repeatable deliverables in partnership with other marketing leaders and cross-functionally with sales enablement and the GTM team.
- Sales Enablement: Work extensively with the sales enablement team to develop sales strategies, materials, market knowledge, toolkits/templates across all the key segments and across the buying/sales funnel, to increase close rates, competitor win rates, decreasing sales cycle length, and increasing ACV.
Let's Connect if You:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing in the SaaS or HR technology industry - building, launching, and scaling innovative product marketing programs
- Proven track record of developing expertise in, and marketing complex products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of global talent solutions and the international business landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a very fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sales teams and creating sales enablement materials.
Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
