We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to be based in our Denver, CO headquarters. This role calls for someone who is truly ‘high velocity,’ where wearing multiple hats is key to success. The position is well-suited for the particularly ambitious person who loves navigating client challenges and is attracted to, or experienced with, working at a startup. The right candidate has a relentless zeal to contribute and should have an affinity towards matters of international growth and employment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the day to day needs of the CEO, including email and calendar management and travel coordination
  • Be the “face” of Velocity Global, maintaining a professional office environment and exuding a polished, customer-centric approach to internal and external partners, clients and prospective clients
  • Support facilities management, including parking management and office space expansions (we are growing quickly, this is happening every 6-9 months currently)
  • Effectively intercept and route telephone and mail communications both internally and externally
  • Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, internet, etc. Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as gathering signatures, scheduling conference rooms, business card orders, etc.)
  • Support new employee onboarding by gathering equipment such as computers and employee phones as well as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards
  • Manage corporate apartment to include keys, calendar and scheduling cleanings
  • Coordinate company-wide team events and travel
  • Conduct research assignments, as necessary
  • Responsible for document retention and contract management
  • Assisting with and then own Expense Reporting, and Office Payables (categorizing Expensify receipts)
  • Committed to meeting established timelines and deadlines, both external and self-imposed
  • Develop and maintain competency in the area of international employment

We are currently looking to add a Staff Accountant to our dynamic team. This full-time position will be based in our Denver, CO headquarters and will be responsible for supporting monthly client and foreign partner relationships. In addition, this position will be responsible for processing multi-currency vendor payments for our international partners across the world. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting Velocity Global’s key sales initiatives and company growth goals through prospecting and cultivating leads while gathering a deep understanding of our business operations. This position will require a high level of subject matter expertise and business development within a given territory. This is an innovative role that offers the right candidate the opportunity to join a high growth company and make a tangible difference within the realm of our team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Become an expert on our service and convey passion and ownership
      • Research prospects, identify key decision makers and conduct calls to generate further interest in Velocity Global
      • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound phone and email communication
      • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
      • Maintain and expand a database/pipeline of interested prospects and future opportunities
      • Consistently log and record outreach, producing regular activity reports
      • Work with the Marketing Team and leverage CRM tools to prospect into targeted vertical accounts
      • Recognize the customer’s key challenges in their business operations and identify solutions to the customer’s area of need
      • Clearly articulate service features, distinctions and utilization benefits
      • Accept primary accountability for ensuring that assigned accounts are being properly serviced/li>
      • Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality of execution and overall service experience
      • Gain experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and a full understanding of the sales cycle with the ability to close deals
      • Create a strong partnership with each Account Executive you support, this could result in invitations from the Account Executive to attend meetings created by the SDR resulting in an invaluable experience and outlook into the inside sales cycle

Qualifications:

We are looking for a seasoned Information Technology Manager to be based in our Denver, CO headquarters. This full-time position will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions at the location. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. This individual will report to the CEO and will work closely with all sides of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Outline the organization’s technology architecture for the next 3-5 years
      • Derive the maximum benefit from NetSuite implementation and leverage functionality across the organization
      • Identify software platforms that could work across the organization (or highly connected ‘best of breed’ point solutions)
      • Direct and manage the implementation of future software platforms
      • Direct and manage the technology ecosystem including connectivity, data security (including international standards), and hardware
      • Support Office 365 and G Suite applications, including performing liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting
      • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support implementation of strategies in partnership with the leadership team
      • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs and partner with functional leader to identify and implement solutions
      • Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
      • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost efficient contracts
      • Build, lead, and grow a team of motivated and engaged technology professionals by providing guidance and coaching

      • Demonstrated experience managing internal as well as outsourced or offshore technology resources
      • Self-directed, independent, strategic learner who also appreciates collaboration
      • Strategic thinking skills and a positive, can-do attitude are central to the role
      • Strong project management, time management, and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage numerous competing priorities are required
      • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; willingness to pitch in to help the team
