We are looking for a passionate and talented Creative Services Manager to lead our creative efforts and to help refine our visual brand identity. This role will build and lead a team of graphic designers and web developers, and will manage creative asset development across a variety of mediums. The successful candidate is a storyteller with the ability to develop assets that make complex topics simple, engaging and informative. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This individual will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work closely with the sales team and all sides of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategy that supports business goals and own design direction for all aspects of the business
  • Assist in the development of visual brand identity and partner with cross-functional teams to establish and document brand guidelines
  • Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone, and optimized for search and user experience

  • Maintain and expand a database/pipeline of interested prospects and future opportunities
  • Consistently log and record outreach, producing regular activity reports
  • Work with the Marketing Team and leverage CRM tools to prospect into targeted vertical accounts
  • Recognize the customer’s key challenges in their business operations and identify solutions to the customer’s area of need

  • Create a strong partnership with each Account Executive you support, this could result in invitations from the Account Executive to attend meetings created by the SDR resulting in an invaluable experience and outlook into the inside sales cycle

We are looking for a seasoned Information Technology Manager to be based in our Denver, CO headquarters. This full-time position will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions at the location. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. This individual will report to the CEO and will work closely with all sides of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Outline the organization’s technology architecture for the next 3-5 years
  • Derive the maximum benefit from NetSuite implementation and leverage functionality across the organization
  • Identify software platforms that could work across the organization (or highly connected ‘best of breed’ point solutions)
  • Direct and manage the implementation of future software platforms
  • Direct and manage the technology ecosystem including connectivity, data security (including international standards), and hardware
  • Support Office 365 and G Suite applications, including performing liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support implementation of strategies in partnership with the leadership team
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs and partner with functional leader to identify and implement solutions
  • Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
  • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost efficient contracts
  • Build, lead, and grow a team of motivated and engaged technology professionals by providing guidance and coaching
