Velocity [Global] has always provided quick responses when we have inquired with questions concerning employee contracts, employee issues, employee benefits, etc. We have employees in multiple countries. They always explain in depth the laws in each company with their expertise. Using Velocity [Global], we are able to have International employees without having to set up a legal entity in each country. I also like being able to enter bonuses that need to be paid out annually. I can also go on the Velocity [Global] site and be able to view contracts, personal information, and other documents that need to be periodically reviewed. Our account [manager] always makes himself available for questions needed at a moment's notice. His customer service is exceptional.
