An employer of record (EOR) is a third-party organization that becomes the full legal employer of your workforce and assumes all employer-related responsibilities on behalf of your company. While the EOR takes on your company’s HR responsibilities—onboarding, paying, and providing benefits for your supported talent—you continue to manage the day-to-day operations of your global teams.

No, there are no fees for termination. However, we do require 30 days’ notice to offboard any customer. Please remember that the statutory notice period for the supported employee in a given country may be longer than 30 days by law. Some countries have unique mandatory severance periods and payouts, which our team will help you navigate.
If you must offboard a worker, we ensure compliance with local severance requirements and termination regulations. Whether voluntary or involuntary, we assist our customers through country-specific nuances to ensure a smooth separation.
