When you download an e-book, checklist, or other content from our Site or a social media profile operated by us, we use contact information provided (such as name, email, phone number), along with company information such as company name, business title or role, to provide you with the most accurate and up to date information. If you choose not to continue to receive such information, you can opt-out from marketing communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of our email communications or by submitting a Privacy request using the “Data Rights Requests” button below in the section titled, “Your Privacy Rights.”

Event Registration

If you register for one of our webinars, we may share the Personal Data you submit during the registration process with the co-presenter(s) identified in the registration form of the webinar.

AI-powered Chat Assistant

When you engage with our AI-powered chat assistant, we collect and process chat messages, personal contact information, timestamps, and related technical data (such as device type and browser information) to facilitate automated responses and improve chat assistant functionality. We may retain your information to continue conversations and communicate with you about related services and promotions. Your chat interactions may be shared with our third-party AI service provider, Abacus.AI, for processing under strict security and privacy controls. By using the chat assistant, you consent to the processing of your inquiries—including any sensitive, confidential, or personal information entered—in accordance with our policies. If you prefer not to share data with the AI-powered chat assistant, you may opt out by not using this feature.

International Transfers of Personal Data

We are a U.S.-based company, and all data flows back to a centralized infrastructure managed by Velocity Global in the United States. We may share information internally or with third parties for purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Information collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) may, for example, be transferred to countries outside of the EEA for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We utilize the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) published by the European Commission to ensure there is a legal basis to transfer Personal Data from the EEA to the United States and other countries. We have also adopted standard contractual protections for international transfers involving the United Kingdom and China.

We are committed to securing your Personal Data. Depending on the jurisdiction, you may have the right to access your Personal Data, including the specific pieces of data that we collect, the business purpose for collecting or using this data, and the parties with whom we share this data. You may also request that your Personal Data be corrected, restricted, deleted, or excluded from processing by using the Data Rights Requests button below.

You will not be penalized or discriminated against for exercising your rights. Please note that we must retain certain information related to the request itself as part of our legal records. Personal data requests may be submitted via our ticketing system, email, toll-free phone number or a recognized postal delivery service. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time and in any event within 30 days. We may require additional information from you to allow us to confirm your identity and review your Personal Data. After we have confirmed your relationship with us and have the proper authorization, we will respond to your request in further detail.
