Susan serves as Chief Operating Officer and leads the execution of Velocity Global’s vision and strategy. In her role, she works across functions to ensure the company is operating at scale and executing on key business initiatives. Her extensive leadership experience includes leading the Enterprise Transformation Office at Workday. She also spent nearly two decades leading growth and driving scale at Cisco in roles spanning Customer Experience, Operations, Corporate Development, and Finance.

A mom to three boys, Susan’s youngest officially made her a dance mom, competitively dancing in jazz, hip hop and contemporary styles. But unlike reality TV dance moms, Susan puts her best foot forward to always be drama-free.
