What Makes You a Great Fit:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Controller to lead our global accounting and financial reporting functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial statements, driving process improvements, and supporting the company's rapid growth through scalable financial operations. The VP, Controller will report to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and serve as a key leader in the finance organization.

 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Oversee global accounting operations, including general ledger, consolidations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Partner with FP&A, treasury, tax, and legal teams to support business decision-making.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and automation to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive process improvements and scalability initiatives to support the company's global expansion.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

 

Let's Connect If You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and global accounting standards.
  • Experience in a high-growth, multinational organization, preferably in the technology or services sector.
  • Proven track record of managing global accounting functions and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, and automation tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
