What Makes You a Great Fit:

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Growth Product team. In this role, you will take on a leadership position, driving the product definition, strategy and long term vision to drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, operators, data scientists and engineers. You will lead the product plans and communicate these plans, benefits and the results to key stakeholders including the leadership team.

This role requires in-office presence in our Palo Alto office. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Vice President of Growth Products.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Strategy: Work with cross functional teams to develop vision and strategy for the invoice product.
  • Ownership: Align with strategy for multiple teams and create and drive a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives to achieve our strategy.
  • Definition: Clearly articulate the business problems about invoice, gather evidence from users, internal team, and outside sources, clarify the potential solutions with assumptions, guiding principles, strategic connections
  • Roadmap: Define the roadmap with deep understanding of the underlying financial platform, and drive prioritization of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Delivery: Create user stories, and partner with business, finance and product engineering teams to manage product backlog and execution through scrum teams
  • Communication: Serve as primary evangelist of invoice product and capabilities with customers, internal executive stakeholders. Participate in industry events, customer briefings, analyst briefings, and advisory boards
  • Outcomes: Drive product and feature launches aligned with company goals and report key metrics

Let's Connect If You:

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • 4+ years of user-facing experience in industries such as eCommerce, technology, SAAS or multi-sided marketplaces
  • Proven abilities in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment
  • Experience presenting business reviews to senior executives
  • Empathy for the users you build for
  • Lean mindset to focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing in an iterative manner.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects from inception to deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering robust and reliable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in growth-focused engineering projects or A/B testing frameworks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. 


 

Annualized Pay Range
$175,000$240,000 USD
